Trama:In un futuro parallelo, la Terra vive un momento di splendore grazie alla scoperta del Sisma Drive, una fonte di energia virtualmente inesauribile e dall'alta compatibilità ecologica. Tuttavia la pace è ben lungi dall'essere raggiunta: due potenti organizzazioni si fronteggiano sullo scacchiere internazionale, la Società Segreta BF e l'Organizzazione di Polizia Internazionale. A fianco di quest'ultima c'è Daisaku Kusama ed il suo enorme Giant Robot, un mecha dall'apparenza retrò ma dall'enorme potenza e dall'origine poco chiara.
