Trama:Lupin III - L'avventura italiana è la quarta serie TV anime di Lupin III, quella con la giacca blu. La serie composta da 24 episodi è una produzione giapponese di TMS Entertainment ed è ambientata tra l'Italia e San Marino. La serie viene trasmessa in prima visione mondiale dal 30 agosto 2015 su Italia 1. È stata presentata in anteprima il 18 luglio 2015 al Riminicomix con la sigla italiana cantata da Moreno e Giorgio Vanni e alcuni spezzoni doppiati in diretta da Stefano Onofri e Alessandra Korompay, i due doppiatori ufficiali di Lupin e Fujiko. In Giappone l'inizio della serie è stato programmato su NTV per il 2 ottobre 2015. Secondo le dichiarazioni di Kazuhide Tomonaga, responsabile del progetto, in questa nuova serie Arsenio Lupin è per certi versi più contraddittorio, maturo e vanesio, meno goffo e smaccatamente buono rispetto alle serie precedenti.
