Hydargos, dato che il pianeta Vega è divenuto inabitabile, decide di occupare la Terra. L'incarico viene affidato ai fedeli Righel, Gandal, Zuril e Mizar, che stabiliscono la loro base sulla luna. Della crisi si occupa lo scienziato dottor Procton che si avvale del fedele Actarus, un extraterrestre già da tempo giunto sulla terra con il fido robot Goldrake.
