Nonostante il suo sia un lavoro noioso e di routine, ha trovato il modo di renderlo esaltante: di nascosto spia i movimenti e le abitudini dei residenti, ne carpisce segreti e debolezze e fa di tutto per controllarne i destini, provocando loro danni e dolori in modo da renderli infelici e tormentati.
